‘Longreach’ - 102mm Frame |
‘Longreach’ has been designed for those customers looking
for a perimeter frame with more bulk to simulate the look of
timber but with the features of aluminium - weather
resistance, performance and long lasting powder coat
finishes. Reasons for selecting ‘Longreach’: |
Deep Frame: ‘Longreach’ frame extenders increase the
frame width from 50mm to 102mm and an extra 25mm of
depth. The deeper frame prevents the internal framing from
being buried by the mortar, as illustrated lower right. The
deeper ‘Longreach’ frame simulates the look of traditional
timber products.

Compatibility: Double-hung windows fitted with
‘Longreach’ frame extenders will couple to all other Vantage
102mm windows and doors. |
Proven Benefits: The wide frame has all of the benefits of
the aluminium residential products. These include buildingin
lugs, nailing fins, PVC sill flap, ability to snap to Vantage
couplers, no inlay angles or rivets, more waterproof. |
Perimeter Trims: ‘Longreach’ frame extenders will
accept ‘Paddington’ federation trims Adjustable storm
moulds. |
Overall Frame Dimensions: Overall height and width are
measured to the outside edge of the ‘Longreach’ frame
extenders. |
