Optional Fixed Base Pane

We offer an optional fixed base pane (generally 100mm to 150mm high). This pane can be fitted to any ClearVENT™ but is more common on full height windows that go down to the floor.
The fixed pane sits on the sill in front of the bottom moving pane.

Main Features:
Ventilation can be achieved through the top gap while the fixed sill pane closes off the sill gap.
Dust, leaves and the neighbours cat stay where they belong - on the outside.
