ClearVENT™ in Doors

The detail below and the photographs on this page show how we insert the ClearVENT™ opening sashes into bi-folding door panels.

Main Features:
Ventilation can be achieved via the vertical sliding sashes with the doors closed and locked.

The ClearVENT™ sashes can be latched in the partly open position for ventilation.

Vantage offer the sash inlay with or without flyscreen.

ClearVENT™ sashes in doors are glazed with grade ‘A’ safety glass.

ClearVENT™ sashes can also be fitted to existing Vantage bi-folding door panels.

Most fabricators fit the standard (single) bottom rail as shown on these pictures. However, for added panel rigidity consider fitting a fixed tall bottom rails or ideally a panel under the ClearVENT™ insert, say 1/3 up.
