Glazing Options Single Glazed: Standard single glazed sash will accept
glass up to 6.76mm thick. |
Double Glazing: Custom sash to accept 19mm insulating
glass units. This sash will also accept 7.52mm, 8.38mm or
10.38mm laminated glass as illustrated top right. When
you use thicker glass the weight will increase dramatically
and the size of the sash may have to be reduced to suit
hardware available.When using 3-13-3 insulating glass the
maximum recommended sash size is one square metre. |
Alternative: Magnum™ awning windows can be fabricated
in larger sizes with thick/heavy glass. |
Applied Colonial Bars: There are a variety of colonial bar
options from 20mm flat both sides or 20mm flat on the
inside and raised bars on the outside, as shown right. |
