Chain Winder

Vantage awning windows are fitted with heavy duty chain
winders. Winders can be key lockable if required. |
Clean Fit: On Series 516 the winder is fixed into
reinforced tubular section. On Series 517 the winder body
is contained within the frame line as illustrated right. |
Flyscreen: Chain winders make it easy to fit flyscreens
as the screen doesn’t have to be opened or removed to
get the glass sash open. |
Secure Fixing Points: The central picture shows the
reinforced winder fixing points on frame and sash. This is
critical to long term secure operation of the sash. |
Weatherproof: The winder doesn’t have a negative
impact on the water resistance as the winder and chain
is above the sash seal. |
Alternatively awnings can be fitted with wedgeless cam
handles and friction stays. |
